Day 5 Challenge: Create a daily success plan for yourself that takes only 15-20 minutes and schedule a time in the day where you can squeeze it in. Write a blog post about what you will do, when you will do it, and how it will get you closer to your dreams.

Well hell! Just what I was going to talk to my tribe about in the workshop - Proper Prior Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance - or put more politely, planning for success! So it's perfect timing. I have been pretty good at this for the past year, and I'm getting better at choosing things that will be beneficial - so here is my list.
For me, it starts with planning my year - what I am planning to achieve, and then breaking down the big fat goals into smaller parts, then scheduling them in, so they fit. That gives my months a great structure - and because I have about 3 hours, two days per week to do most of the work, and evenings when I'm not able to do the daytimes for any reason, it's very helpful, knowing what is coming up.
Each month, I look back on what I have done for the last month, celebrate my wins, have a bitch about what didn't go right, and write down what I learned from the things that didn't go well. Then I write about what I plan to intend for the next month, and how I am going to do it. I schedule it roughly and then the most important bit - I tell my accountability buddy what my plan is.
Each week I then write down my most important tasks personally and in my business that need to be done.
Each night I write my three most important tasks to get done the next day, both in my business and my personal life. I make sure I do this before 8pm, so I have some great wind down time.
Each morning, I look at my list of MIT's and then check how this is going to work with the dynamics of the family that day - and then I also make sure I schedule family things in, so everything important gets done.
I have removed facebook off my phone and only look at it once per day. Emails are checked once per day when I have time to reply to them.
I'm going to add in a pomodoro technique to make my use of time more efficient, and I'm going to time block when I can, getting lots of things that are similar done at the same time. And I'm going to stay offline until I've got my tasks that I can do offline done first!
